Shop Policies

Shipping Insurance: Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. We will require insurance for larger orders so that both the buyer and seller are protected in the event of damage, theft, loss, etc. You can add this in the shopping cart.

*INTERNATIONAL orders ship via Priority Mail or Express Priority Mail so that they are trackable and insured.

Insurance claims: If loss, theft, damages, etc. occurs with your order,  we require the necessary documentation in order to submit the claim. If we do not receive proper documentation, we will NOT receive payment to replace or refund the order. Deadlines provided for claims are strict, so report an issue immediately.

Changes to orders: In order to streamline our process, we do not accept changes to orders once they have been placed. You are always welcome to place another order and we will get it shipped out as soon as possible.

*If you need an item you do not see on the website, please email us. If we can make it for you, we will get it listed on the website for you to purchase.

Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations. Once an order is placed, it is in-process.

Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please know your measurements and sizes. We cut your order for you at the time of your order.

If there is a problem with your order, let us know within 3 business days.

*Our blanks are UNFINISHED items.  Final finishing - polishing, texturing, stamping etc. - is the responsibility of the buyer.

By purchasing from this shop, you acknowledge that you are buying raw materials, unfinished supplies. The buyer is responsible for final finishing.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
